• During the consultation, gather information about the client’s travel preferences, budget, destination choices, travel dates, and any special requests or requirements. To begin the research and planning process for your travel, a nonrefundable planning fee is required.

Step 2: Research and Planning

• Based on the information gathered, conduct thorough research to curate a personalized travel itinerary that aligns with the client’s preferences and desires.
• Identify luxury accommodations, activities, and experiences that will enhance the client’s journey.

Step 3: Proposal Presentation

• Create a detailed travel proposal that includes the itinerary, accommodations, activities, and estimated costs.
• Schedule a face-to-face meeting with the client to present the proposal. Alternatively, you can submit it electronically via a video call or through a secure online portal.

Step 4: Fine-Tuning

• Listen to the client’s feedback and preferences during the proposal presentation.
• Make necessary adjustments to the itinerary based on the client’s input and preferences.

Step 5: Booking and Reservations

• Once the client approves the itinerary, book all travel components, including flights, accommodations, tours, and additional services.
• Ensuring that all reservations are with reliable partners is crucial.

This process ensures that each client receives a bespoke and memorable travel experience while maintaining open communication and fostering trust throughout the journey. We will adapt and refine this process based on your needs and preferences.
